Job Duties:

  • Provide end-user functional support and training for key areas of Costpoint:

    • Financial architecture (Projects/Orgs/Accounts)

    • Project setup, Billing, and Revenue

    • Cost Pools Design, Setup and Reconciliation

    • Revenue and Month End Closing Support and Training

    • Time & Expense Implementation and Support

    • Provide Ad-Hoc support to customer

    • Provide Training and Develop Desktop Procedure

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Management Information Systems is required

  • CPA, MBA and/or Costpoint Certification is plus

  • Minimum 5-7 years of accounting experience

  • The candidate should possess a minimum 5 to 10 years overall experience in Deltek Costpoint in both the functional and technical areas with specific emphasis in the following:

    • Experienced in functional end-user support administration and process improvement.

  • Background in Government Contracting and demonstrates knowledge of CAS and FAR

  • Public company experience, a plus

  • Expert skills in MS Office (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to use SQL and Cognos report writing for data analysis purposes

Job Duties:

  • Design and develop enterprise and departmental business intelligence, data warehousing and reporting solutions.

  • Defining, documenting, and executing tests to confirm requirements are met.

  • Develop and implement interactive analytic reports and dashboards.

  • Provide technical and business knowledge support to the team.

  • Troubleshoot, analyze, research, and resolve post-implementation reported issues.

  • Assist the development team with database design, normalization, scripting, indexing, sizing, and other best practices to achieve optimal performance.

  • Provide customer support to Cloud and On-Premises customers with database script failures and performance issues.

  • Create and Verify Web services API requests.

  • Export/ import data from Deltek Costpoint to SAP Concur using SOAP, REST, and XML web services.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Mathematics is required

  • 3 months of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Analyst Intern or similar role required

  • Possess academic course work, experience, or certificates in SQL Server, IBM Cognos Analytics V11.1.X Reporting Essentials, Data Visualization and building dashboards with Cognos, and Azure
