Raju Karki

Raju Karki has over fifteen years of professional and industry experience in public accounting, high-tech, telecommunication and defense. He provides variety of ERP systems implementation and support. His clients are small to large sized government contractors and not for profit. In addition to being seasonal consultant, he has hands-on project manager, technical lead, interim CFO/Controller, supervises staff and oversees the project throughout full cycles.

  • ERP Implementation: Costpoint, Time & Expense (Over 100 +).

  • Develop training material, End-User Training and ongoing Support.

  • Government Contract Consulting, DCAA Audit Support and Pricing.

  • Develop complex Business Reporting using Impromtu and Cognos.

His combination of Accounting and IT experience gives Raju a unique insight of ERP system and data flow within different relational tables within the ERP module. His conversion includes from QuickBooks to GCS premiere and GCS Premiere, Navision and Dynamic SL to Costpoint. He formally worked as Consulting Manager at BDO USA, LLP, IT Consulting Supervisor at RSM McGladrey and Costpoint Consultant at NeoSystems.

David Funk has over fifteen years of professional and industry experience in government contracting (GovCon) industry. He started his career as Payroll Specialist in Paychex, Inc and was working as senior level accounting at a large GovCon before moving to consulting. He specialized on Costpoint Core Modules, Time & Expense, and Payroll.

 

His services include:

  • Implementation of Costpoint, Time & Expense, and Payroll Interface

  •  Technical Lead on Conversion Project (GCS to CP, QB/GP to CP)

  •  Develop Training Materials and Desktop Procedures

  •  Train on Functional Areas such as GL, AP, AR, Labor, Payroll and Leave

  •  Advance Imromptu Report Writer and Deltek GCS Premiere SME

David worked extensively within Time and Expense, GCS Premier, Costpoint 7, and many other third-party payroll service providers/systems including ADP Workforce Now to develop and deploy best practices and solutions. He has been involved many GCS to Costpoint conversion. Help clients on mapping file and train on People, Labor, Leave, Payroll, AP, AR, POs, and GL modules of Costpoint 7.1.1.

Charlotte Cepello is an experienced professional with 20 years of experience in Government Contract Accounting. She has 15 Years in managing Accounting Departments ranging from small to Large companies.  She has been involved with the converting of multiple accounting systems with specializing in Deltek Costpoint implementations.  Charlotte assists clients with all phases of conversions including  planning, testing, implementation and training and provides personalized and in-depth system training to meet the client's needs. She also provides support and analysis on all aspects of full cycle accounting during implantation and after Go Live.  Charlotte assists clients with continuing Accounting needs such as assisting with the Accounting system, Audits, Reconciliations, ICE reports, and other Controller level accounting needs.

Jonathan Chan

Jonathan Chan has over eleven years of professional and industry experience in the public government contracting space. He started his career at CSC as a billing accountant. He later moved on to an internal role and worked his way up to Assistant Controller at Kearney and Company before moving to consulting. He specializes in Costpoint Enterprise Reporting and Dashboarding along with ERP Implementation and Support.
 

His services include:

  •  ERP Implementation: Costpoint and Time & Expense

  •  Implementation and configuration of Deltek Time & Expense and Cognos

  •  Develop training material, End-user training and ongoing support

  •  Develop complex business reporting using Cognos 10 and 11

  •  Central Management Control Console and SQL Management Studios

  •  Dashboard Designer (Xcelsius 2008) and Information Design Tool (Universe Designer)

Jonathan worked extensively to convert Business Objects 4.0 and Impromptu 7.4 to Cognos 11. He created and modified ETL jobs and universe design to increase query speeds for end-users. He has been involved in many GCS to Costpoint conversions. He help clients with mapping files and training on AP, AR and GL module of Costpoint 7.1.1. He has developed many custom reports including Incurred Cost Submission reports for clients utilizing Cognos reporting tools.
